Mary Mary is the multi-Grammy® Award-winning, iconic gospel duo comprised of sisters Erica
and Tina Campbell. The pair broke through in 2000 with their pioneering hit, “Shackles (Praise
You),” which helped redefine contemporary gospel music.
Since then, Mary Mary has earned numerous accolades, including multiple Grammy® Awards,
NAACP Image Awards, American Music Awards, BET Awards, Stellar Awards, Dove Awards,
and a Soul Train Award, among others. Over the course of seven albums and more than 25
years in the music industry, the commercially successful and critically acclaimed duo has sold
over eight million records worldwide, achieving multiple Gold and Double Platinum RIAA
certifications.
In addition to their work as a duo, both Erica and Tina have launched successful, award-winning
solo careers. Erica Campbell’s debut solo album, Help, earned a Grammy® Award for Best
Gospel Album. Her most recent release, I Love You, received a Grammy® nomination in 2023.
She is also the host of the nationally syndicated, Marconi Award-winning radio show, Get Up!
Mornings with Erica Campbell, and the creator and host of Laugh, Cry, Heal, a symposium
centered on wellness and personal growth.
Tina Campbell independently released her debut solo album, It’s Personal, which won an
NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Gospel Album. Her single, “Too Hard Not To,” from the
follow-up album It’s Still Personal, earned a Grammy® nomination for Best Gospel
Performance/Song. Her latest single, “Pray For Me,” reached No. 1 on the Billboard Gospel
Airplay chart and has become a powerful expression of her ministry. Her upcoming project,
Testify, is slated for release in Fall 2026.
The sisters also executive-produced and starred in the hit WEtv reality series Mary Mary, which
ran for six seasons. Today, Erica and Tina continue to perform together while thriving in their
individual careers. As devoted wives and mothers, they remain deeply grateful for their enduring
