Jotaka Eaddy - 11:00 AM
Theatre - Deck 6 & 7 - FWD
This fireside chat features Jotaka Eaddy in a reflective, purpose-centered conversation on leadership, power, and alignment. Designed as an intimate yet expansive dialogue, this session invites audiences to explore how a clearly defined personal purpose can become a sustaining and transformative force across careers, movements, and life itself.
Jotaka Eaddy is a nationally respected strategist, advocate, and movement builder whose work has helped shape some of the most consequential civic, cultural, and justice-focused moments of the last several decades. Her leadership journey began more than 25 years ago as the first Black woman student body president at the University of South Carolina and has since spanned the C-suite of Silicon Valley, national civil rights organizations, cultural institutions, and grassroots movements.
Often referred to as the “Olivia Pope of Silicon Valley,” Jotaka has built a reputation for moving power behind the scenes—helping leaders navigate complexity, crisis, and conscience. She is the founder of Win With Black Women, an intergenerational collective of Black women leaders that mobilized a historic call of 44,000 Black women in support of Vice President Kamala Harris, sparking a broader national movement of civic engagement and collective action.
Her work includes helping to bring Brittney Griner home, expanding voting rights alongside the NAACP, contributing to the groundbreaking effort that ended the juvenile death penalty in the United States, and collaborating with global leaders and cultural icons, including Oprah Winfrey.
This conversation does not center on accolades—it centers on wisdom. It creates space to reflect on what power is truly for, how purpose evolves across the seasons of life, and how leaders can remain grounded, ethical, and human as they navigate influence and responsibility.

Spinnaker - Deck 13
Win With Black Women (WWBW) is a powerful network (not a traditional organization) uniting Black women from all backgrounds as a central intersection for Black women–led movements. We amplify and protect Black women by confronting racism and sexism, mobilizing personal action to elect Black women, and elevating our collective power and cultural influence. From rallying 44,000+ women in support of Vice President Kamala Harris to shaping culture through media, advocacy, and community action, WWBW proves that when one Black woman rises, doors open for many more.
Join us for a thoughtful discourse centered on the theme Rise, Rest, & Resist, examining why Black women matter—not as a question, but as a truth. Because we know our impact, and we have always been catalysts for change. See you there!
