There are limited seats available on the pool deck, and in venues around the ship. All seating is first come first serve, with standing room available as well.
No cruise ship pool deck has enough space to fit enough chairs for the full capacity of the ship. We do our best to accommodate as many seats as we can.
There is a sections for guests that need seating and assistance for medical reasons. Contact Rose Tours to learn how that process works.
While suites and select category feature additional NCL amenities and, no suite or cabin category guarantees a seat outside the theatre. This is done for fairness so all guests get an opportunity to get a seat during the cruise.
No, NCL has indoor furniture and outdoor furniture. No indoor furniture can be moved and placed outdoors as it risks damaging the furniture from the weather. NCL and Rose Tours Security will be monitoring to make sure no indoor furniture is brought outside. In the event any furniture is damage by guest removal, those guests are subject to damage and replacement fees.
We ask all guests to not save seats. Seats are available one hour prior to the event or concert, and cleared immediately following the event or last concert. Any items left on a chair to reserve a seat will be removed. Any items removed will be given to NCL’s Lost and Found and we can not guarantee their return.
The Jewel theatre, like most cruise ships, has a small capacity. Any concerts done in the theatre would have to be repeated multiple times for all guests to see the show. Aside from the logistical challenges of this, this would limit the number of artists that perform and dramatically increase the booking fees for multiple performances. Guest prices would more than double for less concerts, less performers and a lower quality cruise experience.
