PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Monthly Pay Plan as follows:
The deposit of $300 per person for inside and ocean view cabins or $500 per person for Balcony, Club Balcony Suites & Suites is charged at the time of booking & the total remaining balance will be split into equal monthly installments automatically charged to the credit card on file with the first installment due on the 15th of the next month. All payments will be due on the 15th of the month. Final payment is due on December 15th, 2025.
Unless otherwise arranged, the same credit card used to make a payment will be used to make subsequent payments when due. If you have more than one credit card on file, please log in to make payments or alert Rose Tours as to which card to use for automatic payments.
ONLINE PAYMENTS
Any payments made online will be deducted from your next payment. For example, if you make $400 in additional payments and the next scheduled payment due is $500, you will automatically be charged $100 on the payment due date.
If you make additional payments totaling $500 and your next scheduled payment due is $500, nothing will be charged on the due date. If you make additional payments totaling more than the next scheduled payment amount, the overage will be deducted from your final payment.
Late & Declined Card Fees
A $35 fee will be assessed for any declined payments.

Fuel Surcharges
In the event that the cost of fuel increases between now and the time we sail, a fuel surcharge will be imposed to each passenger for our sailing. The fuel surcharge will be added to the passenger’s cabin costs. All passengers will be notified via email if such fuel surcharge is added to the cost of your cabin.
Insurance
Insurance will be available after you make your reservation. Insurance is sold through and provided by iTravel Insured. More information on coverage and policies can be found here.
Cancellation Policies
Please read the cancellation policies for this chartered cruise. All payments are non-refundable, and all no shows will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee.
All guests must abide by Norwegians health and safety requirements. NCL reserves the right to deny boarding, quarantine, or remove from the cruise, any guest who test positive for Covid 19 or do not comply with any health and safety protocols. NCL also reserves the right to deny boarding for any other reason they see fit. No refunds will be given for denial, removal or quarantine for any reason.
