SINGLE PRICES
All single cabins are charged the full double rate ((Price per person X 2)+$399 Taxes, Government Fees, Prepaid Gratuities and Booking charges)) plus a single supplement fee of $399.
TRIPLE & QUAD PRICES
Interior $1,099 per person
Ocean View $1,199 per person
Balcony; $1,599 per person
Club Balcony Suites: $1,799 per person
Suites: $2,299 per person
Plus, Booking Fees, Gratuities, Taxes.
What is included with the prices?
- 4 nights’ accommodations onboard the Norwegian Jewel
- A port stop in Cozumel, Mexico
- Access to all concerts and cruise events (events in the theatre and venues besides the pool deck will be limited, first come first serve or ticketed)
- Access to all speakers and panel discussions (events in the theatre and venues besides the pool deck will be limited, first come first serve or ticketed)
- All meals & snacks (excluding specialty options and restaurants, and possible room service fees)
- Coffee, tea, iced tea & juices (excluding specialty coffees, teas, etc)
- Full use of ship facilities: pools, whirlpools, fitness center, salon, spa, casino, Duty-Free Shopping & all Norwegian Cruise Line events
What is NOT included with the prices?
- Taxes, Government Fees, Prepaid Gratuities and Booking charges ($399.00 per person added to the cabin price)
- Arrival or Departure transfers from Airport or Cruise Ship
- Personal expenses such as souvenirs, spa treatments, gambling & island tours
- Airfare or Ground Transportation to Tampa
- Soda and alcoholic beverages
- Add on or VIP events that may be added later
All cabin prices are subject to change (without notice) and availability.
Additional charges: Taxes, government fees, prepaid gratuities, entertainment fees, credit card fees and security charges are $399 per person. Include with your final payment. (Taxes are subject to change)
Accessible Cabins
Accessible Cabins are available in Inside (IN8, IN10, & IN11) Oceanview (OVO), Balcony (BA9 & BA10) and Club Balcony Suites (CBA). ADA cabins will be assigned first come first serve based on need.
If you need an Accessible cabin, please book a cabin of your choosing and contact Rose Tours at 215-663-8800. We will do our best to move you into an Accessible cabin based on cabin availability and your needs. Please be aware that accessible cabins are in VERY LIMITED SUPPLY and are not guaranteed.
To accommodate all guests with disabilities, please note that only two guests will be permitted in the event ADA sections per request.
Rose Tours reserves the right to move any guest from an accessible cabin if they do not need one. A replacement cabin of equal or greater value will be provided.
Name Changes
All name changes will incur a $100 fee per person. Name Changes are not permitted for Match Program or Single Reservations. Cancellation penalties will apply.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Monthly Pay Plan as follows:
The deposit of $500 per person for inside and ocean view cabins or $700 per person for Balcony, Club Balcony Suites & Suites is charged at the time of booking & the total remaining balance will be split into equal monthly installments automatically charged to the credit card on file with the first installment due on the 15th of the next month. All payments will be due on the 15th of the month. Final payment is due on December 15th, 2025.
Unless otherwise arranged, the same credit card used to make a payment will be used to make subsequent payments when due. If you have more than one credit card on file, please log in to make payments or alert Rose Tours as to which card to use for automatic payments.
ONLINE PAYMENTS
Any payments made online will be deducted from your next payment. For example, if you make $400 in additional payments and the next scheduled payment due is $500, you will automatically be charged $100 on the payment due date.
If you make additional payments totaling $500 and your next scheduled payment due is $500, nothing will be charged on the due date. If you make additional payments totaling more than the next scheduled payment amount, the overage will be deducted from your final payment.
Late & Declined Card Fees
A $35 fee will be assessed for any declined payments.

Fuel Surcharges
In the event that the cost of fuel increases between now and the time we sail, a fuel surcharge will be imposed to each passenger for our sailing. The fuel surcharge will be added to the passenger’s cabin costs. All passengers will be notified via email if such fuel surcharge is added to the cost of your cabin.
Insurance
Insurance will be available after you make your reservation. Insurance is sold through and provided by iTravel Insured. More information on coverage and policies can be found here.
Cancellation Policies
Please read the cancellation policies for this chartered cruise. All payments are non-refundable, and all no shows will be assessed a 100% cancellation fee.
All guests must abide by Norwegians health and safety requirements. NCL reserves the right to deny boarding, quarantine, or remove from the cruise, any guest who test positive for Covid 19 or do not comply with any health and safety protocols. NCL also reserves the right to deny boarding for any other reason they see fit. No refunds will be given for denial, removal or quarantine for any reason.
