OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES TO WIN A GIVEAWAY ON RISE AND RHYTHM CRUISE ABOARD THE Norwegian Jewel Cruise Line® Ship

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS CONTEST PROMOTION BEGINS ON OR ABOUT August 14, 2026 AND ENDS ON OR ABOUT SEPTEMBER 29, 2026 (THE “PROMOTION PERIOD”).  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.  ONLY US RESIDENTS 21 AND OLDER ON THE DATE OF ENTRY, AND WHO MEET THE ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH BELOW, ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE.

The maximum number of entries per person is one (1).   There will be a total of one (1) Grand Prize Winner (GPW).  Certain travel restrictions may apply. See Description of the prizes.

Eligibility: (a) The Contest is open only to individuals who are (i) residents of the United States, (ii) 21 years of age or older on the date of entry, as shown on a valid driver’s license or other means of identification with photo issued by a government agency, public or private school indicating the individual’s residential address, and (iii) have Internet access. The maximum number of qualifying entries per person is one (1).   The maximum number of GPW is one (1).

(b) Qualifier’s and their travel companion must hold valid U.S. IDs to travel. Entries must contain the entrant’s name, and date of birth, address, telephone number and e-mail address.   Entries without this information will be considered invalid.  Promoter will be the sole judge of which entries are valid entries, and Promoter’s decision and selection will be final.  Incomplete entries and entries with information reasonably determined by Promoter (in its sole discretion) to contain false information, will not be valid. Each entrant is responsible for providing accurate information as to his/her residential mailing address and how he/she may be contacted via e-mail.

(c) Employees of Rose Tours, Central City Productions, Sponsor, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and service agencies, and participating companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

(d) Only one entry per person/email address/household is permitted.  If multiple entries are received from the same person/ email address/household, only the first entry will be considered.

Odds of Winning: A GPW will be determined by a random drawing from the daily valid entries received as qualifiers.  The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of valid entries from eligible qualifiers.

Prize Winner Selection:  Between September 29, 2026 and 11:59am/EST September 30^th, 2026 Promoter will determine which entries are valid entries and will randomly select one GPW from the pool of the valid qualifiers. The GPW will be announced via email on September 30th, 2026. The winner will also be notified by E-mail and/or by telephone.  If any potential winner selected cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours of attempted notification, or if any Prize is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to a Prize, and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.

Disclaimers:  Sponsor and Promoter, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and service agencies, companies that processes their transactions and/or maintain their account information, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents, and members of their immediate families (collectively, the “Sponsor Entities”) are not responsible or liable for:

(a)misdirected or corrupted submissions that prevent entry in the Sweepstakes, or the identification or contacting of a winner;

(b) unsuccessful efforts to notify winners;

(c) phone calls that are lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor’s servers, connections or elsewhere, and all such entries will not be eligible;

(d) any losses, damages or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, or from a qualifier acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any Prize;

(e) any damage to an callers phone system that is occasioned by accessing the websites identified in these Official Rules or by participating in the Sweepstakes, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions; or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or phone network connections that are human or technical in nature; or

(d) any hotel or air accommodation (or hotel or air-related amenity) that is cancelled, postponed, delayed, diverted, or terminated due to fire; flood; epidemic; earthquake; explosion; labor dispute or strike; bad weather, act of God or public enemy; equipment failure; riot or civil disturbance; war (declared or undeclared); terrorist threat or activity; or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation; order of any court or jurisdiction; or other cause not reasonably within such Sponsor Entity’s control, and in the event of any such occurrence, the Prize winners will not be entitled to any substitute prize(s) or monetary entitlement.

Sponsor Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any Prize, including, without limitation, as to such Prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

Miscellaneous:

(a) Sponsor and Promoter, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the website, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor and Promoter further reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or modify this Contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor or Promoter who corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor and Promoter reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes.

(b) Federal, state and local taxes, if any, and any expenses related to acceptance and taking delivery of the Prize and to the use of the Prize not specified are the responsibility of the winner and are subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void except in the Territory, and void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Prizes shall be awarded only to the individuals identified as Prize winners and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash or other merchandise, except that Sponsor, in its discretion, may substitute or exchange a prize of equal or greater value for a Prize. All entries become the property of Promoter and will not be acknowledged or returned.

(c) Winners are required to sign a liability/publicity release within 14 days after notification or the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.  Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize shall constitute and signify the Prize winner’s consent that Sponsor and Promoter may use the Prize winner’s name, likeness, image, voice, photographs and written statements about the Sweepstakes, the Prize and about Promoter for promotional purposes in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without payment or consideration. Travel companions may also be required to sign a liability/publicity release.

(d) “GPW” and their travel companion are required to have a valid ID in preparation for travel. (e) By participating, entrants agree:  (i) to the terms of the Official Contest Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor and Promoter, which shall be final and binding in all respects; (ii) to release, discharge and hold harmless all Sponsor Entities from all liability, claims or damages arising out of, or in connection with, their participation in this Sweepstakes and the entrants’ acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize; and (iii) that by accepting and using the Prize, their name and/or likeness may be used for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation or liability.

(f) Any and all disputes relating to this Contest and/or any Prize shall be governed by the internal laws of the District of Columbia (without resort to its rules regarding conflicts of law).  Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for resolution of all such disputes shall be in the state or federal courts located in the District of Columbia.

(g) The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

Description of the Prizes:  Subject to these Official Rules.

VACATION PACKAGE COMPONENTS:

Rose Tours shall be responsible, at its cost and expense (unless stated otherwise herein), for the following:

1. Two (2) round trip coach airfare tickets between the major gateway airport closest to Prize Winner’s residence and the Miami/Fort Lauderdale International Airport;
2. An Uber Gift Card for Round Trip Ground transportation for two (2) persons for local ground transportation service from Miami/ Fort Lauderdale International Airport to the Port(with the means of transportation to be selected by Rose Travel operating in its sole discretion);
3. One (1) four (4) night ocean cruise on Rise and Rhythm Cruise on the Norwegian Jewel Cruise Line® (the “Ship”) for two (2) persons, consisting of:
4. One (1) balcony stateroom (location/category at the discretion of Rose Tours) with a maximum occupancy of two (2) persons;
5. All meals onboard the Ship (excluding specialty dining
6. Pre-paid onboard gratuities for the stateroom host/hostess, dining room server, assistant server, head server and Concierge host/hostess; and
7. Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (as defined on the Norwegian Jewel Cruise Line®

NOTE:

Items that are not included as part of the winning cruise package(s) are: meals, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, etc., local and long-distance telephone calls, tips, gratuities, service charges or taxes. All other charges and items not otherwise described above.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Cruise Package is fifteen thousand dollars ($7,500.00). The ARV of the Cruise Package may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable). If the actual value of the Vacation Package is less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded.

Winning contest rules include, but are not limited to:

• Cruise must be taken on given dates 1/14/2026 thru 1/18/2026.
• Departure date and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and may apply.
• Cruise is/are for the winner(s) of the sweepstakes/contest and one (1) guest of the winner’s choosing.
• Cruise and cruise components may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above, or refunded. Cruise is/are not redeemable for cash.
• Rose Tours, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the Promotion.

GPW will receive an IRS 1099 form for prizes valued over $600.

DATA POLICY
Any data shared when entering this contest will be shared between Rose Tours and Central City Production/Stellar Awards. Winner’s data will also be shared with Norwegian Cruise line.

Winner is subject to agree to all Rose Tours and Norwegian Cruise Line’s terms and conditions.
